Well today is starting out early. Up at 4:30am, 41 degrees. Need to travel to Cayon Village for the wildlife tour I signed up for. Pickup is 6:45 for our 5 hour tour. Was foggy from the front that moved in. We didn’t see much wildlife because of the weather front, but the driver was great and informative of the area. Instead of driving, I could take in the views, so it was still enjoyable. The tour guide was from north of Green Bay and even cracked a bears joke, so that was a plus. Saw Bison again, but also some Pronghorn as is one of the fastest land mammals. Saw a herd, but by the time we stopped they were gone, like in a blink of the eye.
Our tour bus was the original 1938 bus, even had wooden doors.
